If you're looking for training in leadership, project management, and teamwork, take the 120VC TLP course! This has been the absolute best course I have ever taken! It's long, 14 weeks, but so worth it and it fulfills almost all of my PDU requirements to renew my certifications. I've gained valuable insights and practical ways of working, communicating and leading that I've already started practicing and seeing results. Jason Scott is the owner of 120VC and the instructor of this course, he has a heart for people and for training leaders how to set up their teams for success. And if you haven't read his book "It's Never Just Business: It's About People" I highly recommend it too!

The Project Leadership Program (PLP) course, instruction by Jason Scott, brought so much more value than any other professional course I've taken, including the PMP which I have been considering. Real scenarios, real useful PM documents, real educational publications and videos for discussion and real/amazing people in my class. The in-person classes flew by and I wish we had more time to discuss some of the topics, but good bonds came about and I'm sure we will continue the conversations and learnings into the future. I'm excited to practice and improve my own leadership skills as well as create a new productive space for the teams I manage next. Thanks again for an amazing Leadership Program!!!

As the PMI San Diego Chapter Speakers Bureau Director, I had the pleasure of having Jason Scott speak at our 2021-09-28 Chapter Lunch on 'Leadership Conversations that Lead to GSD (Getting Stuff Done)'.

His presentation was very informative and not only drilled home Important aspects of productivity on projects, but also the leadership traits that all good project managers should have in order to increase and maintain project team productivity.

I would recommend Jason for any presentation opportunities featuring 'Productivity' and/or ‘Leadership’ to any type of organization that wants to see the best and most current topics in these areas.

I took the "Transformational Leadership" class with 120vc and truly it was one of the best leadership classes I've taken. Granted the focus is on Project Management, but it was so much more. Jason Scott's teaching style has a way of engaging even the most introverted of class members. He created a dynamic cohort that enhanced the learning 10 fold. The concepts I've learned in class have already inspired me to make changes in my own leadership strategies. I will feel the benefits of this class (as will my staff) for years to come!

I have taken the TLP course from 120VC and it has exceeded my and my colleague's expectations. I came out with a completely different perspective on leadership, project management, and communication. I gained leadership principles that have benefited me both at work and personal life. It was amazing how successful it was considering attendees had different levels of PM experience. Jason facilitates it with competency and passion like no other.
