I discovered 1st Source Adjuster School through a recommendation from my God-sister, and although I was initially nervous about entering a completely new career field, my experience surpassed all expectations. I originally enrolled in the All Lines 3-day course, but by lunchtime on the first day, I upgraded to the premium package – and I’m so glad I did! The instructors make the learning process both enjoyable and informative. Their expertise is clear, and their ability to present complex information in a way that sticks is outstanding.

What really impressed me was how well-organized and structured the classes were. Both instructors were not only extremely knowledgeable but also maintained a tight schedule that kept everyone on track. It’s rare to see a room full of adults so well-coordinated and engaged, which speaks to the effectiveness of their teaching style. I would highly recommend opting for at least the 5-day course if you’re new to the field – the 3-day course is comprehensive, but the additional days really allow you to dive deeper into the material and fully absorb the knowledge.

One of the best parts about 1st Source Adjuster School is their flexibility in working with different budgets, making the process of getting licensed affordable for everyone. Even after obtaining your license, the school offers various other courses to continue building your skills and knowledge.

Lastly, the suspenseful aspect I mentioned? If you’ve taken a class with Donald & LaCream, you’ll know exactly what I mean – they keep you on your toes in the best way possible! Overall, this was an incredible experience, and I highly recommend 1st Source Adjuster School to anyone looking to enter or advance in the field. You won’t regret it!

This is by far the best experience I have ever had. 10 out of 10 experience, they are VERY thorough, I am saying this as a former college student who has taken many years off. I am not as smart as I used to be, but I left learning more than enough. Not only do they have plenty of materials you can use for future reference, but if you ever fear forgetting you can retake the class. They are very kind, respectful, and you can tell from how they communicate with you that they want to see you win. You will win. Within a month you should have a job. They even have services to help you with your with your resume. Plenty of us were confused, came from ALL walks of life, please if you are considering this school, just know that there were people in here who had retaken their classes here. THEY said these people were the best. You can ask a million questions (I did) and they will take their time answering until you understand.

I was at a carwash my eyes was fixed on the adjusters class, after contacting 1st Source about their program, calling a number of times, speaking with the staff, I decided to venture into the class, Mr&Mrs Jinks (cheaters) made the class fun, entertaining, fairly simple. I learn a lot in both the adjusters class as well as the Xactimate class. The only advise I will give anyone taking this class. Be prepared, be committed, be ready to learn. They make learning easy and extremely comfortable. I'm looking forward to taking a couple of the other classes they offer.
