what a joke, i manage a Auto repair shop, and there will be no next time dealing with this company. It took them 3 weeks to send in a repair estimate that we wrote and sent in photos, then an additional 3 more weeks to approve supplement one, 2 weeks for supplement two approval which were asked for in the original repair estimate we wrote! Dealings with there adjusters were pleasant but very delayed. all i have to say is Good Luck to the Insurance companies that utilize there services. In my 22 years in this industry, this is by far the worst claim i have had to deal with. Worst part about it, they send all payments to lien holder, which further delays customer getting there vehicle back. If i could give them a no STAR i would!

Would recommend to never do business here. The agents do not answer the phone even when you leave multiple voicemails they still will not answer. I would definitely take your business elsewhere
