I recently had my truck stolen from my driveway. It was recovered by the police in four days. It was wrecked, radio, and toolbox stolen. Kelly and Jessica were wonderful and made the entire process as painless as it could possibly be. I had originally asked for a quote for liability only and Kelly quoted me for liability and full coverage. The difference was small I decided to go with the full coverage. I am so thankful. Great business with wonderful compassionate people. I highly recommend 360 Insurance and Kimberly Winsor.

I cancelled my policy due to being able to find a better rate locally (12/7/2023). After cancelling the policy I received a letter in the mail stating I owed a balance however when reviewing my records there is no balance owed. When I contacted Kelly she checked my records and suggested I reach out to the Customer Service department. I have called at least a dozen times, and have left 5-6 voicemails since this all began (12/29/2023). I have yet to hear from anybody in Customer Service. I recently received another letter in the mail stating that I still owe a balance according to their records. There is a phone number listed on the letter which is the same Customer Service number I have tried numerous times. When I contacted Kelly about this she informed me that a Supervisor would reach out to me within a week (01/24/2024). It is now Tuesday 02/06 and this matter has still not been resolved nor have I had a chance to speak with anybody about the "balance owed". I would not recommend 360 Insurance.
