Our home is covered by a very reputable insurance company so when we experienced water damage in our kitchen, I felt comfortable believing things would be alright. That is until, I had to deal with rude adjusters who offered me a shameful low ball offer which would have covered less than 10% of what would be our eventual total cost to restore our kitchen.

From the beginning, and all the way to the end, they were nothing short of respectful, responsive, transparent, clearly communicating every step of the way so we understood the process. With those funds now available, we were able to remodel our kitchen without having to dip into our hard earned savings. Be aware that there are some disreputable public adjusters out there looking to take 40% or more of your settlement and I do not advise working with those types of companies who take advantage of you at the time of your greatest need.

My family would be living in an unhealthy kitchen if it wasn't for Nufar and the Adjuster ProTeam!!!!
We had a water damage in our kitchen and were assigned a brand new insurance agent. I was under the impression that paying for insurance. On time for years we would be protected...it was about to become a disaster. The insurance company offered $15,000 total when we needed to replace the floor, the cabinets, and the countertop!
