I started with Ralph Sr. in San Leandro and always received great personalized service. When Ralph Sr. retired I asked to work with Ralph Jr. because I knew I would receive the same level of service and I have not been disappointed. All of my insurance need have been resolved with a quick call. Sara and the rest of the team are very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to help. Sara was so helpful! I called in for an insurance task, and Sara was just the best. She overviewed my account, adjusted some things for me, and even found some discounts I didn’t know I qualified for. (Not saying she can get everyone’s bills lower in every call, but it worked out for me)
She was nice, professional, pleasant to speak with, and got my business done quickly. As much as I’d love to talk to her everyday, she really made the stress of calling non-existent.
