She was a great help in explaining the reasons for the change and exploring changes we could make to reduce the cost. She was patient and thorough in answering my many questions and sent me a prompt follow-up email summarizing our discussion and the options she presented. In a day and age when customer service is not always a priority, it's nice to know that there are people like Kabrina who take pride in providing excellent service!

I need to post a reevaluation. January 4,2023 a tree fell on our house, which was during the horrible storm. Due to State Farm’s choosing to do nothing attitude we are still out of our home waiting for the rest of the money to finish rebuilding our home. This particular office has been completely hands off. They simply do not care one iota about you, very impersonal and I have never had this Frank guy call me, I don’t think he exists. Our rate went up even though it wasn’t our fault and the stress and emotional rollercoaster they have had us riding ever since the incident has left me with high blood pressure and losing weight because I can’t eat worrying if we will ever be back in our house or if we will lose our home. I’m finished with this office and if things were not so bad trying to find alternative insurance here in our state of California, you can bet I’d be with another agency. Their Jingles make me ill. I’m hopefully switching to another State Farm agent that at least acts like I’m important. My auto insurance is ridiculously high as well, never any accidents and over 65. I’ve been driving since I was sixteen. My husband has also never had an accident. This was our very first claim of any kind ever. I hope we can get back into our home soon. Our rental money ends in July - if we become homeless it will be a direct result of State Farm and their non- caring attitude. It’s all about money. If you’re looking for a hands off agent this office is for you. Extremely disappointed.

Well, geez, I forgot to press "Post" for the review below relative to Audra, and now I have another one, so I'm adding to it about Kim.

We were looking at purchasing a new vehicle, and Kim was able to quickly give us information about how our current premium might change. And then, when we purchased the vehicle, she made the process of updating our coverage super simple and explained our coverage very clearly! Kim is professional, friendly, and efficient!

I also appreciated that Kim was reassuring, informing me that even though State Farm is not going to be writing "new" homeowner policies in California, as an existing policy holder, we are still covered and steps are being taken to ensure that State Farm is there for us. Thank you, Kim!!!

Whenever I email a question, Audra gets back to me FAST! And, she promptly provides any needed documentation and/or answers. She is always professional, respectful, and does her utmost to ensure that our personal and business insurance needs are met.
