Nicole assisted me today with making a change to our auto policy and was VERY helpful answering my questions and making the change. I also had a question on our Homeowners policy, and although not her area of expertise, she was willing to help if shoe could or would be happy to get someone to help if needed. Had a wonderful experience with both Nicole Johnson and Cindy Cabanas. They took the time to help me with my questions and I was able to get a way lower rate car insurance then my old insurance was offering. I had been with another Insurance Company for many years and my policy was too high for me each month since I'm on a fixed income and I don't drive very much at all. This office is a nightmare. Cindy and her staff have no clue what they are doing. My parents were with another State Farm office thar closed and we were rolled over to this one. It's been nothing but a nightmare since. I have personally had another State Farm office for overv25 years and never had these issues. These ladies can't handle reading their own accounts.

State Farm is fine, just go to a different office where they know what they are doing.
