Oscar was outstanding!! He was very professional and transparent throughout the entire process, from pricing to quality of work. He bought up 2 teams to get all of the trees cut quickly, with out compromising quality. Additionally, his team cut down the trees into logs for firewood, so theres no need to buy firewood for a very long time. I highly recommend Fire Risk Management Corp. to any looking to clean up dead trees/branches, or to remove trees entirely. A++

From the very beginning Oscar was very responsive and professional. He was informative about the process and knew exactly what needed to be done to take down our tree in our front driveway. He helped guide us to get the permit quickly and was able to get our tree cut down in a timely manner and left us plenty of wood to make firewood. We highly recommend using Fire Risk Management.

Had Fire Risk Management come out and cut down 4 trees and trim back multiple trees to provide greater than 10’ from the roof and chimney per fire code. They hauled away all branches and debris. The cut down trees were cut to firewood length and stacked on my property. The whole process from providing a quote to scheduling and performing the work was as smooth as it could possibly be. Oscar was flexible with scheduling the work at my convenience. His guys were great to work, and left the yard cleaner than when they arrived. Would highly recommend Oscar and his team for any tree work!

Don’t waste your time calling the other three companies in Big Bear (they don’t call back anyways)… just call Oscar. First, he answered his phone, second he walked the job same day, third his rate was competitive and finally he took care of business within 24 hours of calling - due to an urgency!!! Kudos

If I could give 10 stars, I would!!! We had an emergency situation and Oscar was amazing!!! He came right over (on his day off) and assessed the situation. He was there the next day and handled everything for us! We ended up needing to remove 6 trees. He did amazing work and the clean up was even more impressive! It looked better than before he started! At the end I threw in a huge bush that we had not previously discussed and he removed it for us with delight. I look forward to working with him in the future and would not recommend anyone but him!! Thank you Oscar!! You’re a life saver!!!

Oscar and his crew were very professional and polite. They did a great job taking a tree down as well as cutting the fire wood and cleaning up the place. Oscar was very reasonable and patient when walking me through what the team was going to do. He also charged me a decent price. I’ve got the recommendation from my next door neighbor and I strongly recommend them.
