I've been trying to cash out a very old burial policy since March. I've written to 2 (now 3) different locations so far. The first 2 were returned to me as undeliverable, so I called. The options given were such that I chose to speak to an agent. When I told him why I was calling he said, "Good luck with that." And promptly hung up on me without trying to help by redirecting my call. I have never, in my life, been treated so badly by a company.
