If I could give it 0 stars I would. This lady was rude amd hung up on me! She was too lazy to make a five-minute phone call to Progressive to cancel someone's policy. She gave incorrect information and really should not be selling insurance.

The worst insurance agency I've ever had and I've heard, I don't recommend it to anyone. They don't help you, they don't explain anything to you, and to top it off they even stop you from answering, God bless them and the bad time they put me, our family and our company through, they will pay for it one day because KARMA exists and that damage It is not done to anyone, much less to people who want to get ahead. That is not done, we do not speak English but we are a serious family and with many desires to get ahead. MRS. AMANDA RIDGE hopefully and nobody treats you as badly as you treated us us.

la peor agencia de seguro que tenido y he escuchado ,no se la recomiendo a nadie. no te ayudan ,no te explican nada ,y para rematar te dejan hasta de contestar,dios los bendiga y el mal momento que nos hicieron pasar ami ,a nuestra familia y a nuestra compania ,lo pagaran algun dia por quie el KARMA existe y ese dano no se le hace a nadie y mucho menos a personas que quieran salir adelante.eso no se hace ,no hablamos english pero somos una famila seria y con muchos deceos de salir adelante.SENORA AMANDA RIDGE ojala y nadie la trate tan mal como usted nos trato a nosotros.
