I moved from Florida to Alabama just this last month. Lillie at Karen Channell's State Farm office was Awesome. She walked me through getting my cars and house insuranced. I had all kinds of questions. Lillie made sure everything was understood. At one point Karen even came into Lillie's office just to say " hi ". You will not find a nicer group to work with. They made me feel right at home.

Good morning to all. I decided to drop a few lines about my experiece in regards to my insurance company State Farm. First of all, I would like to say my License Representative name Sasha is about her business. I see that she takes her job very seriously and she cares for her customers. I say this because my car got hit on Friday, October 28, 2022. I contacted her on Monday morning October 31, 2022 and I explained my situation to her. You all can best believe it weren't 2 hours later the Claim department contacted me. Everything were set in motion. When I say she's good with her job .....I meant it. Now, I'm not knocking any other representative at Karen Channell from what they might can do, but dealing with Sasha.....I know what she can do. SHE'S AWESOME!!!!! Sasha, if you see this and read this....just know that I am so grateful and blessed to have you as my License Representative.
