Country Financial in Jasper has horrible customer service. There was an error with an auto draft payment so rather than calling to inform me, I drove around without insurance for two months without knowing. Only reason I found out was because I tried to renew my car tag and had to provide proof of insurance. Rather than apologizing for the error, they tried to increase my monthly rate by $50 a month.

Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there!!!
