I purchased a vehicle on Friday. , Monday I added the vehicle to my policy, the dealer needed to see the Lein holder on the policy . After multiple calls to my agents office sans I assume being transferred to a call center and speaking to three different call takers I still don’t have the documents I need, I used to be able to call my agent and speak directly with them to get the help I need , I am not even sure I have the right coverage on my vehicle, let alone a policy showing my bank as the lein holder , very disappointing, it won’t take much for me to change my insurance company , Been with them for years

In the military myself and I’ve had USAA for years when I went to see Josh. He was able to meet or exceeded what I was previously covered for and at a lower rate within minutes and was amazed at how much I could save. I couldn’t be happier with the friendly service and quick turn around time. If you are in the market for new insurance or just check on existing coverage you should check them out. Extremely happy!!
