PR Adjusters is the best! After our neighbor caused a lithium-ion fire, I looked for a public adjuster to help with all the smoke damage. They were super responsive. Seth from PR Adjusters came over and not only was he and his team incredibly knowledgeable of our type of situation, but he was also very caring and personable. During the cleaning process, our insurance claims adjuster to be more difficult than anticipated. PR Adjusters handled the entire claim and took the stress away. I can’t imagine what this would have been like without Seth, he’s incredible.

Home is now clean and everything worked with my insurance. PR Adjusters are the best! Seth is the best!

I have used PR Adjusters to help me recover from a recent water event. I was not in the country and do not know anything about insurance. For anyone reading this review, I highly recommend you use Seth at PR Adjusters. Firstly, it will not cost you anything and he does all the work. Secondly, there is no way I would have gotten the payout I received without his service. So, I was economically better off and did not do any work. Thirdly, he makes a super stressful situation a pleasant experience. Last and not least, he is genuinely a nice person which makes dealing him truly a memorable experience. I am now referring Seth to all my friends.

Seth is simply the best when dealing with our insurance claim. We suffered a huge loss when moving across the country. This was a stressful time for us because I have 4 kids, 2 dogs, and husband. I used Seth at PR Adjusters for a major water claim that ruined most of my house. At first, I was going to file the claim my self and I quickly realized it was a lot more complex than I thought. Seth spend hours organizing all of the loss details and pricing it out using complex software and tools. At times, the insurance process hit snags and he kept pushing and working the insurance company in a friendly and collaborative manner to get them to understand our perspective on the claim. At times, I was admittedly upset at the whole situation and super glad I had Seth to help calm me down and take lead of the entire situation. I did practically nothing and ended up with a check far greater than anything I was expecting due to his ability to present facts and make a strong case for my claim. For anyone reading this review, I would stress that insurance claims are both an art and a science and it well worth to hire an experienced public adjuster that has the experience to bring both of those points together.
