Heed the warning on this website this company has poor Follow up via email And when calling you’re given a number to a general manager who’s Calls go to voicemail. I was told they are using a new system a month ago at this point the system is old and flawed. I paid for your services faithfully for two years. My belongings were destroyed From rodent excrement everything that I owned in my units I just want a fair amount on my claim and a email or a call back. I will post every day until resolved

Emma Lawrence was working on our claim on some RAT INFESTATION AT PRIME STORAGE UNITS IN PORT CHARLOTTE FLORIDA. They ate through our inflatables. I paid Prime Storage insurance and now that there's a claim, they've stop all communications with me! This is a SCAM! TAKING MONEY AND NOT FOLLOWING THROUGH THE INSURANCE OBLIGATIONS! I will file a law suit against them and Prime Storage if this isn't resolved!

This company is the worst company ever. They lie and lie in every email they send. The line of communication between them is horrible. On September 5 almost a week ago they said a payment was sent on my claim. They even had some claim adjuster reach out and verify. After reaching out to the claim adjuster to ask how claim was made she had no idea. She said she copied and paste what was on WK Webster website. The way this company does business is horrible and they need to be audited and then closed down.

I don’t typically review things but this company has been the absolute worst to work with. I filed a claim months ago for damage to my storage unit. I received an email related to the claim in May and sent requested documents. No response on if additional information is needed or anything. I have called twice a week for months now and no one answers the phone except one of the rudest and unpleasant people who directs me to someone’s voicemail. If you get directed to WK Webster for solving a claim, plan on never receiving a resolution

I'm starting to realize why this company has 2 out of 5 stars, I Usually don't leave reviews But people really need to know how bad this company is. My storage unit was broken into November 2023 It's now May 2024 and I still haven't heard anything from anyone. I sent the claims adjuster the information she requested in January 2024 with no reply. After calling the main number they told me she sent you emails requesting documents you have to check your spam folder. What normal person checks their Spam folder? Even though I already sent her the documents she requested her last message Was you haven't sent me the documents And and if you don't respond in 14 days we're going close out your claim indefinitely. I called her multiple times and left voicemails with no reply, I had the storage unit Send her an email to contact me with no reply. The district manager from the storage unit Reached out to her to contact me with no reply. I called wk websters main number and Left them my telephone number so ANYONE can contact me, I literally called her "Supervisor" and left him a voicemail and text, with no reply. Here's the irony, I had my friend call her with a different area code and she somehow called that number back the next day. Like most companies, they're only out to make money. They don't care about you or your problems.

I would like to share in detail my experience with webstar overseas LTD I've had a catastrophic situation and out of my personal opinion they did a wonderful job they expedited my situation they sympathized with what I was going through and it felt personal it felt like they cared like it wasn't just a job everybody has their own opinions but opinions matter people have thousands of life situations where they're going through a property being lost stolen or damaged you need to remember in life they're here to help you and in my experience they help me more than their expectations so I think they've been above and beyond their job especially my insurance agency that help me I cannot thank them enough for not even making it so hard on me to replace as much as they could of the things that was missing to the best of their ability with minimal pressure in particular I like to think Kaung Tun not only did he speedily handle my case I felt that he was hurting behind the situation these people have daily lives and they take time out of their life to try and feel what you're feeling and going through and to me as an individual they did the best they could and I am very satisfied with the outcome of my situation once they got the things they needed my case was wrapped up in less than 3 days so I believe they deserve five stars I would give 10 if I could and they need the recognition they deserve from someone that experienced a catastrophic event I am satisfied with how they rectified my situation the outcome was very well perceived thank you kindly my name is Macquelyn Green and if anybody has any questions please reach out to me through my email that I reviewed them on and I can gladly answer any questions sincerely Ms Green

I understand business is business but these people do not care about their “Customers” clients. I’ve been waiting for my claim since December 8th was told it’d be a couple months and here we are still today waiting for an outcome! I’ve lost more than I will gain when the check actually does come! For future references for anybody check to see who your storage facility insurance provider is IF ITS THEM RUN! You’re paying for nothing and they won’t cover all the goods that’s stolen! Name is Eric Wiley And claim is out of Elkhart Indiana (Mishawaka Rd Facility)
