We've used River Mill Data Management in the past with great results and this time was no different. Getting everything set up with Drew was a breeze! They were more than happy to work with my crazy schedule and Keith gave me a heads up when he was headed my way. What a good guy! He's been with the company for years and represents them well... Fast, friendly and professional. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend River Mill Data Management and will certainly choose them for any future projects!

I don't leave many reviews but we had a VERY good experience with River Mill Data Management. First, we could actually talk with them in person when we called. They were good about returning calls. And we got our shredding business scheduled promptly. They were great about keeping us in the loop as to schedule. On the day of the actual shredding, they called to let us know the approximate time frame and then called ahead when they were close. Keith was the representative that arrived in the shredding truck. He was very professional and friendly and did a great job. He arrived on site and was gone (with my shredded documents) in about 15 or 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend these folks.

My company had the opportunity to work with River Mill Data Management for our annual purge shred.
From the initial inquiry to the day of the shred has been an absolute breeze.
Tiffany was very informative, polite, and most importantly - patient (I asked a lot of questions and attempted to reschedule) She was such an angel!

Trey and Carlton were the gentlemen they sent to perform the actual shred. Their professionalism and customer service is something we don't see much of these days.
It has been a pleasure working with this company, and I plan to continue to utilize them going forward!
