I don't know how this place stays in business. Yes the prices are lower then most, but they never answer phones, the ladies are never there at the time stated on the door, and they are only open 10am-2pm but good luck catching them actually open or not on lunch. I would much rather pay more at a place where I can depend on the people to actually be there and be contacted during the stated office time.
