My dad was hospitalized for months and Navigating Medicare was new for me. There was so much information and I was overwhelmed and didn’t have much time research. From our first conversation Paul was easy to communicate to and really understood what our family was experiencing. He planned out steps for us to take and even followed up even when I wasn’t expecting him to! When it came time to sign up for a new plan he already had a plan in mind for us. He walked us through every step of the way. I highly recommend Paul and will be reaching out to him again when my husband and I get closer to selecting plans.

After moving to Georgia from another state and retired I needed an insurance agent to help me navigate through the confusion of the healthcare system and medicare. I was invited to a medicare seminar and met Paul Da Costa and he went above and beyond to help me and others understand medicare and helped me with the entire process from start to finish .This guy is a wealth of information and makes it easy to understand the process. Paul is the best. When I was near to receiving my medicare I got so many calls and so much mail asking me to sign with them. It was totally crazy. I called Paul and he took charge. It seems like I didn't have to do a thing, he did everything got me signed up with a good insurance. When I say good insurance he hooked me up with the right company and I am so happy with that company. Paul called months later and sign me up with the same company but a different plan that was even better. His knowledge is tremendous for that industry. He just doesn't forget about you, every time there's a change of anything he contacts you to let you know. He explains everything fabulously. Nothing gets by him. You would be crazy to go to anybody else. Thank you Paul.

Paul DeCosta is thr best of the best when it comes to insurance agents. He has gone above and beyond to help me. I was dropped from a program that covered my Medicare premiums with no notice. He has helped me get reenrolled in that program; gotten me on a medicare advantage plan that is amazing; and if I ever have any questions or concerns He has always answered my phone calls within a reasonable amount of time as well as meeting me with me in person to go over anything concerning my health coverage!
