I was with Alfa for over 12 years until recently. When I moved from AL to GA I transferred everything to Devin’s agency. About a month ago I found out my car insurance had lapsed when I got online to renew my tag. Was so confused because I had checked my account online multiple times, and it said I had a $0 balance. After calling the agency multiple times, I finally spoke to a woman who got all of my info. When I explained that online it said I didn’t owe anything, she said that that had happened to a lot of other people and it caused their insurance to lapse as well due to lack of payment. I understand that if I have questions I could call the customer service line, but when I go online and it tells me my balance is $0, I expect that to be correct. I never received a letter or anything letting me know my insurance lapsed from Alfa. The woman I spoke to at the office said she would call me back later that day with info on a new policy since I had been with Alfa for so long; they wanted to keep me as a customer. I called back that afternoon and was told the woman was out the rest of the day. Called the next week and never heard back from anyone. This was November 18th and still nothing. I obviously had to get coverage somewhere else. So disappointed that after being a customer for over 10 years, all I get was a “sorry...it’s happened to other people too.”

Best personal approach. Well known and highly related auto insurance. I talked the progressive general with your life in his hands, And. And these two young men on Armour Road cut prices for me more than 50%. They had to call 911 after their quote. Call now if you think you have to go broke just to drive your car.

I have had a few claims this year. Every time I call Devin he says "I'll take care of it Mr. John". Then, HE DOES TAKE CARE OF IT. WOW, an insurance man that does what he says he will. I have never had even the slightest issue the years I have been with ALFA/Devin. My latest claim was for roof damage. Called Devin, he took care of it. I got Chris Phillips to do the repairs, another awesome person, and it was done well within the timeframe we talked about. I have been contacted by other insurance companies and I have to stop them, I am happy where I am. Drew is the ALFA adjuster that handled my claim. Another awesome ALFA man. I have been blessed to find Devin and team.
