Read comments they are all true.
If I could there would no Star, this is the worse company I have ever had to deal with.
Aflac takes your premium every month, I have been trying to have a Dentist bill pay for 6 months, when speaking to customer service I get a different excuse why it’s not paid. I can’t get a supervisor to speak with. Last customer service had me on hold and hung up.

I have cancelled all my policies after years of paying in they will not pay my claim. They have been giving me a runaround for over seven months. No matter what documents I submit they keep saying they need more. It is not worth it to hard to deal with.

I started this policy over 25 years ago
Now I want to use it after all these years of payments. There was hardly any internet when I started. I want to talk to a person just like I did over 25 years ago. This crummy phone and contact system is crap. I should have invested all that money elsewhere.

I bought extra insurance through A.F.L.A.C. I will write that they are a good customer service company. Any difficulty I had with their internet site or questions I had when I signed were answered immediately. A good company. I stopped my A.F.L.A.C. insurance, as I found out I never needed the extra insurance.

Don’t bother ever getting Accidental Insurance Coverage from them. They will continually deny after providing the requested documents and make a reason why those aren’t exactly what they asked for. They are scummy, dishonest, and will not honor any claims you are entitled to. Basically a glorified ponzi scheme that you pay money to, but don’t get anything in return.

Their always slow on getting things straightened out. They told me that they are going to send me my money on September the 23rd to my bank account and it's direct deposit 4 days is coming up i haven't gotten my money yet. On line it says that they close at 8:00pm.but they close at 7:00pm. They need to get there act straight or I'll report them to the Better business bureau

You can't depend on Aflac, please pay yourself cause your home bills follow behind, waiting for approval. You have to wait for dam near a week For approval or denied.

Please steer clear of Aflac, they will take your money and give you every reason they can think of to not live up to a claim. You will have to find all the information they ask, once all the information is found they last for more, and ultimately deny your claim wasting hours and hours of your life you could have otherwise been making money with.

It is generally a fraudulent company. They will steal your money and you will never get the coverage you expect.

I say all this from experience. Even cancelation requires a phone call with two or three transfers and way too much time on the phone.
