Rebecca is always very informative and helpful. She also goes above and beyond to make sure we all understand everything. If I send her an email with a question, I will normally get a response within the half hour. I have found that when working with her, things go smoothly, and that she explains everything really well.

I cannot say enough good things about the DiMatteo Group. They are a hard-working group of professionals there to meet all our insurance needs. We especially love working with Rebecca and Tyler. Since partnering with them my job has become so much easier when helping our employees through the Open Enrollment period. Rebecca comes in and explains all our options for insurance to upper management as well as holds employee meetings to be sure that everyone understands what the plan they are choosing offers and what would be most affordable to meet their needs. She stays after the group meeting to individually meet with anyone he needs further help in deciding which plan to choose. After that, she is not done. Rebecca is there for us at hours you wouldn't expect. I have been able to ask her a question when working late (8:00 - 9:00 p.m.) and she gets right back to me so I can resolve whatever issue comes up. I never feel out of touch with her... and that is just what I need. Someone who is there, gives me the right answer (whether it's what I want to hear or not) and someone I can trust to help me with all the tasks an HR person needs to keep in line. And don't get me started on Tyler! He is just amazing. I have never seen someone take an employee's billing question, get to the heart of the matter and respond back to each employee like he does. Something that would take us weeks to resolve are done in a snap by Tyler. Rebecca and Tyler are without a doubt the team that you want working with you!
