We have been advised by Mike Paterson for the last few years, initially with regard to our 5 star gold B&B business and, for the last 2 years, our 5 star self-catering business. Mike has always provided sound advice and ensured that we have the right cover in place at a competitive premium. However, it is with regard to our Business Interruption claim for losses due to the COVID-19 pandemic that Mike has been 5 star himself, advising us and dealing directly with the insurer on our behalf with the outcome being a successful claim for the maximum payout allowed under our policy - not an easy thing to achieve! Well done Mike.
