I have used Portal Claims on two occasions. Both occasions they did a phenomenal job. I interacted with Zack who met with my insurance adjuster and had many conversations with Sean as well. This company is a class act and will fight for you against the insurance companies. My insurance company was wanting to only do a partial claim on my roof. Portal Claims was able to fight for a total roof repair. Don't let the insurance companies bully you. Make sure you have a professional on your side fighting for you. I highly recommend Portal Claims. You won't be disappointed

The company did a great job in assisting with my roof claim. They were communicative and kept me informed of what was going on without asking me to dive in with them. It was nice to watch someone handle it for me.. especially something as stressful as getting a roof claim approved and taken care of.

Terrible experience. They received our policy from our insurance company, and then didn't even read it. They told the roofing company we were covered, which we weren't - only 68%. Then, when we asked why they didn't see that, they said because we never sent them our policy. Well, our insurance agent confirmed that she definitely did send it to them. Waste of money. They get paid for terrible service and zero work. They risk nothing and always get paid because of the way the whole thing works. I do NOT recommend anyone work with this company.

My Roofing Contractor, Bonner Built, introduced me to Portal Claims. Portal Claims dealt directly with my insurance company, through the entire process of replacing my roof. I talked with my insurance company once and Portal Claims handled the rest. Everyone was paid as expected. A terrific and professional experience.

My experience with Portal Claims has been amazing. Working with a public adjuster was a new experience for me, and I admit to some initial anxiety.

Sean eased my concerns constantly with his professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. He communicated with email, text and phone calls. I always felt “in the loop” regarding my claim with my insurance company.

It was a long process and, I’ll be honest, I wasn’t hopeful my insurance company would pay for the total replacement. Sean’s staff met with insurance representatives at my house a few times and, most recently, helped me file a claim with the state Office of Insurance. Things moved rapidly at this point. Then, success! The insurance company reversed the initial decision and agreed to pay full replacement. It took several months from beginning to end, but was worth it.

This never would have been possible without the diligence and hard work of Portal Claims!
