I started working with Cindy Hartsburg and her agency as a referral from the Waterbury Police Athletic League. I was new to the Hartford PAL Program, was starting from scratch, and didn't have any ideas of what I needed for insurance and could have easily been taken on a joy ride. Cindy and her agency have always been honest, caring and wonderful to work with. Any time that I need help, they are only a phone call away to assist or explain anything. It's not often that you can say that you are confident in your insurance because lets face it, you don't know what you have or need until you need it. I always feel that she always looks for our best interest and that she's able to answer any questions that might come up during the year. Business insurance and youth programming/sports insurance is more difficult than others, as you must have others covered on your policy from time to time, and Insurlynx is quick to act and get me the paperwork that I need.
