After Hurricane Milton, my house had roof damage, water leaks, and soffit damage. I was referred to Yuly at Ladder and Heels by my neighbor.
I reached out to her and she responded immediately with her mitigation team to remove water from my ceiling and assess the damage to my home.
She met with my insurance company and presented the issues that were found after the storm. She provided updates to me during the process and negotiated a fair settlement to make all repairs.

I would not recommend this comps as an adjuster. They made an error in submitting my information to the bank and refused to correct it because. It was going to cost them money even though they made 5k on my claim. I had a difficult time because of this to get my bank to complete my inspection. I ended up having to do it myself.

Mary and his team have provided me with an exceptional accessory. I had several problems with the roof of my house caused by strong winds after the hurricane.
