Our original Insurance claim was equal to our deductible.... It was very stressful because we needed a new roof (our roof was only 8 months old before the hurricane) Dalia came to the rescue and helped us put a new roof up plus make repairs that we had damage from Ian. I would like to take this time to compliment public adjuster Dalia Saladin and to recommend her to others because of the assistance she rendered my wife and I after we sustained hurricane to our Florida home. We were getting no where with our insurance company because we were going it alone. We are very fortunate to have met Dalia Saladin soon after Hurricane Ian left the state of Florida. She immediately had a tarp placed on our roof which was damaged during the Hurricane. She continued to assess all damages incurred by Ian, submitted the damages to our Insurance carrier and recuperated a fair and quick settlement which is allowing us to get a new roof and get all the other necessary repairs completed. Besides the fact, she is extremely knowledgeable, she has excellent communication skills and exhibited professionalism to the end. I have also recommended her services to my neighbors. If I should need this service in the near future, I would retain Dalia's services again.

I hired National Public Adjusting Services to help assist me with my insurance claim for my roof damage that was causing leaks inside my home. Our insurance company offered 15K which I knew was way below what it would cost to repair our place after Hurricane IAN. My insurance wanted us to get our own estimates to prove them wrong which would of taken hours of my time plus months to get estimates. Along came Dalia which took all of the work out of my hands and had a check in my bank within a month. Dalia got me 4 times above the original estimate of the my insurance company.

Dalia is the best!! She’s super resilient and it shows when she is trying to close the deal on a claim and fast. My process may have been an anomaly when it comes to time but she was there for me every step of the way and reassured me that all was ok.
