The home sale closing was exceptionally difficult due to some adverse Title issues discovered in the Title search/insurance issuance. Kristine brought to bear her exceptional network of qualified support personnel that quickly and efficiently worked through the legal and administrative aspects of the sale and made it happen on time and at the negotiated sale price. The sale price Kristine negotiated for us was at the top end of the comps in that neighborhood and the family Trust realized an excellent end sale result. I loved working with Kristine. It’s stressful to buy a house, but she made it easy. She got us listings to look at and went with us to look at houses. When we fell in love with a house, she submitted the offer super quickly and we ended up getting it! She was with us every step of the way and explained everything. She answered every question we had.

She also recommended great people like the lender, inspectors, the termite people, etc. I trust the people that she works with so it made it easy to go off of her recommendations. The inspector that we used (recommended through her) found a leak under the house and Kristine negotiated it with the sellers and got it fixed before we moved in. She also had a cute Welcome Home sign and gift for us, which was a nice touch. She’s super nice and friendly, but will go to bat for you. I can’t recommend her enough.
