We are first home buyers, and he led us through every step of the way with his extensive knowledge and positive attitude. He explained everything we needed to know in detail, was easily reachable and quick to respond. As most people know, home buying can be a very stressful experience and Greg made our purchase run smoothly, which is key to reducing stress. Our home purchase required us to act fast and Greg made sure that was not a problem. He was excellent at keeping me on top of all the “homework” that needed to be done on our end to make sure nothing got missed or skipped in order to keep the buying process moving at a smooth and productive pace. Greg also had excellent resources for homeowners insurance, inspections, etc,; every one of the providers I spoke to had nothing but praise to share with me.
