Unfortunately the automated telephone number to request a homeowners insurance price quote is not customer service oriented because when I called and provided a CA zip code to the voice prompt, the automated system tersely responded that LM does service CA and then the call abruptly disconnected - so rude.

This insurance has terrible customer service and can’t help anyone and them having workers makes no sense either. Calling about claims or even misunderstanding there is no help. They aren’t accepting any new claims and how they treat people is irresponsible and very !! Unprofessional. Even higher ups. I’d write a book about how disgraceful this insurance and their workers are. It isn’t personal to them as they work there but the business ETHIC is horrible.

ONCE A PERSON GIVE HIS ADDRESS FOR PROPERTY INSURANCE AND U CAN NOT INSURE THE PROPERTY AT THAT LOCATION THERE IS NO NEED TO COLLECT ALL THE INFO FOR HOUSE- IT WAS WASTE OF MY TIME ... CHECK THE PROPERTY IF U CAN INSURE OR NOT - THANK ANY WAY EVERY ONE WANT INFO

This is the worst insurance company I have encountered in a very long time. I have had my car stolen twice in one month and this company has failed to complete any job they have had with my claim so far. And when I try to call I’m stuck with the automated callers. And when I email the claim adjuster not only do they not reply but they pass the buck to people who have no idea what my case is about. But have no problem taking my money every month even after the my car was taken. I would not advise anyone to get Liberty Mutual for insurance because they DO NOT CARE for you.

After getting a quote online it told me I had to speak to a local agent but they did not give me recommendations. I then googled and got 3 numbers that were disconnected and an office address that was vacant.

Unhappy with their so called service for the last 25 years Not worth the money
They wouldn't cover any of our claims but they were pretty fast taking the monthly payments Pretty sad and unimpressed would NEVER recommend this insurance to anyone Don't think we would ever return to this insurance company Farewell liberty!
