Pros:

Frank was such a professional and super helpful in getting my business insured. Been in business since 1994 so I deal with a lot of people and vendors. Old Castle was great! Frank gave me options and explained pros and cons of each.

Cons:

Frank did call me EVERYDAY, which can be good or bad because I'm a busy business owner and everyday felt a bit overwhelming.

I was getting quotes from 4 other companies too and they simply emailed me back quickly which is more preferable for me.

Overall:

I highly recommend Old Castle Insurance Services. Frank was super helpful!A
