What can I say, except that I am so grateful and so impressed with this team. Gonzalo cannot be commended enough for his careful, attention and relentless pursuit of the resolution that we were able to obtain. I have never used a public adjuster, I didn’t even know what that was, but when my insurance company offered me only $8000 for a $65,000 roof, I knew I had to do something. I thank God that one of my workers mentioned all force adjusting, and specifically Gonzalo. When everything was said and done, the insurance company had to cough up $165,000.

Gonzalo and his entire staff are not only super helpful and professional but they also are super honest! In one situation, they even recommended that a prospective customer hire a company to handle their repairs for them instead of because the insurance policy wasn't going to cover the insurance claim due to the fact that the cost of the repairs was going to be less than their deductible. He even recommended someone who could help them with the repairs. Talk about going above and beyond! You can truly tell that they have their client's best interest at heart and aren't simply looking to make money. For these reasons, I highly recommend them!

I found this company after dealing with 2 others who didn't seem like they would be able to help with my problem after a hurricane damaged my property, but from my first conversation with Gonzalo, I was put at ease because he reassured me that he and his team could help. From start to finish I was kept informed and updated every time something changed or if there was an update in the process and Gonzalo saw to it that everything was handled well and according to my wishes and that I understood what was going on. Excellent service and professionalism!
I called Gonzalo because lightening had hit a tree in my backyard which fell on my roof and damaged my AC unit he immediately came over to our home and assessed the damages, Gonzalo respected and valued my time from start to finish of the claim he made it so easy and explained everything so perfectly and thoroughly. I had great help from Gonzalo. He came to my house and offered a free inspection, through the inspection he found a roof leak that caused a damage in my ceiling, I hadn't even noticed that before. The adjusters then took care of the whole process of placing the claim with my home insurance and after 7 weeks I already had my money. I was able to fix everything I needed in my house. I'm so glad I hired them to represent me, it was definitely the best decision. I would use them again and recommed to all my friends and family.

I had a great experience with Gonzalo. His team is prepared to get the maximum amount of money for your settlement, they have experience and they know how it works I tried doing my claim by myself and I couldn't reach what he did.
