My broker is Amy Greinke for couple of years. I only had great experiences with her. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She always help me and respond right away. My case with health coverage was always complicated. She spend hours on the phone with connect fot health co to fix all the mess with our file. She works with you to find the best possible deal or plan for you. She is the right person for the job ! A++++

This is hands down the worst insurance company I've ever dealt with. I personally deal with Amy Greinke as my broker and she is a joke. You will never talk to your actual agent and will always be passed off to a receptionist or assistant that doesn't know any answers to your questions. As a matter of fact, I've left Amy 3 messages this week about my insurance practically doubling and I haven't heard a peep from her. Save yourself, go to a different insurance company because there can't be a worst one out there.
