This insurance company is nothing but a big sham scam any other negative thing you can think about. I had an incident that took place back in 2021. I still haven't had my car repaired. They give you the runaround especially my adjuster. Go insurance I wish I can find where they live I would go knock in the doors and ask him w TF. These people should be put in jail for the way they treat their customers yoguys are interesguys are interested I'm thinking about following a class action suit against the company. If anybody's interested I would like to file a class action suit against them. It should be against the law why a company doesn't have a physical address or a phone number perhaps I'll ask my congressman to pass a bill regarding this Make it necessary across the United States.. these people just taking our money and running

I ended up with Topa Insurance because I applied through Go insurance. When using them, I had no problems. I’d never been in an accident, and I made one claim and it was filed quickly. Unfortunately, two weeks ago I had to cancel my policy and I have yet to receive my refund from my unused premium. I have contacted them multiple times, and when they finally got back to me, the agent was rude and told me that my refund had never been “initiated” in their system. I still haven’t received it. Somehow their customer service wait time has gone from maybe an hour to several business days since I have been trying to get my refund. Based on other reviews and my personal experience, I would suggest going for another insurance company even if they’re more expensive because you will be paying for this in headaches.

We use GO insurance, which underwrites
through Topa. The claims process is non
existent. They'll take your money ASAP, but
trust that you won't hear from anyone if you
have an accident.

Since it's looks like someone actively
responds to these posts, here are some
questions:

1. What number do I call to reach a claims
person during business hours? I called the
claims line at 2:00pm EST on a Thursday and
got the after-hours voice mail box.

2. How long does it take to resolve a claim?
I'm going on 4 weeks and have never heard
from my claims adjuster, nor anyone else.
You say that you have employee's, but
there's no proof of that. You say that you
have caring employees? Prove it - give me a
phone number that someone will actually
answer.

Feel free to respond in to this review with a
phone number that ANY GO customer can
use to speak to an actual person the first
time they call - you know, like you can with
Progressive, State Farm, GEICO.

Took 5 months to close my claim. I never received a call from the adjuster. I left her more then 15 voicemails and she never returned one. I was called back by her other associate. The other associate wasn’t much help either and was very rude. They never answered the other parties insurance either. I had to keep calling them and speaking with different managers until someone finally got back to me.

My experience with GO Insurance a TOPA company, has been incredibly frustrating as in almost 5 months since my accident I have not been able to get any actual support to get my car fixed. I text and get the run around all the time. I finally am now working with another adjuster, after the previous one just disappeared and hope something will come of it. I was rear ended and getting any support from GO, has been impossible. They are acting in bad faith according to CA auto insurance. I’ve spent over 10 hours trying to coordinate things and to no avail. It’s me constantly following up to get any support. I feel taken advantage of, as I pay all my premiums and then I have to chase to get any support.

I was in an accident with a person insured by topa & all thought they could tell who was at fault they were trying to coach their driver to lie. The accident was almost 2 months ago & I am basically no closer to having my vehicle repaired. They are ignoring me & trying actively to ignore the fact that their driver was speeding & in another lane. If I have to I plan to file suit on the driver & insurance company because I’am convinced they are falsely handling claims

I had insurance for about 3 years at Topa insurance, via Go company a very good price. They just took the 50off plus the payment that was the month a month should be paid the whole amount for 6 months. They did that without any letter in advance. The GO Company said it was for everyone. It isn’t professional because I have to figure out whether to change the insurance or to have the total amount in 5 days.

Absolutely not recommended!!! If I can, I want to rate as 0 star! I had an accident in last year, I was driving forward, but the truck in front of me start backup without any notice, it’s a one way drive way, you’re not suppose to back up, they keep telling me they couldn’t reach the other driver, it’s my fault. even after I showed them the video in my car recorder, it clearly showed what happened, they still said is my fault, they didn’t even try to negotiate for me, they just contact the other insurance company ask for how much I need to pay to them. I keep calling them for the case, they only reply me once. Now they close the case because they couldn’t get in touch with the other driver, they wrote on the report it’s all my fault!

Definitely not renew anymore!!!
