Lenny's worth is invaluable! I had damage to my home from a tornado and had no idea where to start. Lenny came in and handled the whole claim for me. Having worked on both sides of the insurance claims industry he knew exactly what my insurance company required and what they were capable of paying . His attention to detail was borderline obsessive compulsive as he submitted close to a 30 page report. He included details down to the square inch of drywall needing to be replaced. I would of received no where near what I did without his help. He is worth his commission several times over. In addition Lenny is just a great guy. He is honest, down to earth, always shows up on time and always kept me up to date on everything happening. I would highly recommend Lenny and Equitable for anything you need!

I had a great experience with equitable. Lenny my adjuster kept me in formed the whole time, step by step. I received enough to make the necessary repairs and it happened in a timely manner. I used Lenny because he had worked with my mother before and she had such a good experience I wouldn't think of going any where else. I have recomended equitable/Lenny to several friends and always tell them your insurance company is not your friend. You need to have someone on your side. that someone is Lenny

Lenny came to advise on a roof leak and did an amazing job of getting us a very fair settlement. Which he then appealed and was able to secure funds very quickly for us to make the necessary repairs! Top quality job and great communication along the way. Sure it would have been even faster if the insurance company didn’t replace the original adjuster and didn’t tell anyone about it. Highly recommended I hope o don’t need a claim again but if I do it will be a equitable.

Lenny is a pleasure to work with. He's a very responsible, trustworthy and dedicated professional. After what I thought was a simple roof leak Lenny came to our house and found that it wasn't so simple and needed much work than was advised by the insurance company inspector. It would of cost me thousands to do the work needed to be done by Lenny's inspection. From Lenny's work we received the right amount to not only fix the lead but also replace or repair the damages caused by the leak. Thanks Lenny.

Lenny took care of everything from start to finish. I could not believe how much stress this took off my plate. We had a leak from an AC unit come through the ceiling, destroying parts of the bedroom and bathroom. Lenny worked with the insurance company to get us what we needed to put everything back to absolute perfection.
