I cannot recommend Barclay public adjusters enough! After hurricane Ian, I thought that I could handle the insurance process by myself considering the photos and evidence of damage seem to be very clear. Unfortunately, my insurance company did not feel the same. Alex and team were absolutely amazing! There were many frustrating moments that Alex was able to mitigate and talk me off the ledge from which was beyond his scope of work, but that is the care and compassion that they provide knowing that anyone dealing with this type of devastation can be completely overwhelmed. As long as I live in Florida, Alex and Barclay public adjusters will be my first phone call after any natural disaster. Thank you, Alex, and team!

I am very impressed with the work and the results of the work Alex Poulsen and his entire crew have accomplished for me. I highly recommend the team at Barclays Public Adjustors. They did a great job handling my claim with my insurance and did a very thorough job in making sure I was fairly compensated to get my bathroom ordeal taken care of. I recently had an issue with water damage and mold at my condo. Having never made a claim before I was at a loss as to where even to begin. It was recommended to me to contact Alex Poulsen at Barclays. It was one of the best decisions I could have made. Alex led me through the whole process giving me great advice the whole time. He was very patient and understanding. I hope I never have to deal with something like this again but if I do or know of someone that does, Alex is the person I would call and recommend.

Barclays Public Adjusters was a life saver. When the pipes burst within my walls, it caused water damage in three rooms. My insurance company sent out a representative, followed by a check for $1,500 (which did not cover the materials). Rolando Valdes and the Barclays personnel were true professionals. Rolando dealt with the insurance company on my behalf. He was always punctual and informative. I was able to replace my pipes, walls, and floors! I highly recommend the Barclays!
