Run! Do not work with this agency. We called for simple assistance as to where to report a claim and immediately were screamed at! We kindly asked for guidance as this is the agency that received payment for their services and the lady yelled at us from the moment she answered the phone. I am confused as to why an agency that is paid a fee for their services would answer a call in such a manner. I have worked in insurance for 20 years and have never experienced such rudeness. What good is an insurance agency if they are done with you after collecting payment. Trust me there are insurance resources out there that are very professional and are there to assist you. Please know you deserve to be treated with kindness.
