The reviews are true people. There is no justice done here. The Mediator just wants to push the cases through without letting the parties talk and present the evidence. Therefore, they reinforce the criminals belief that what they are doing is acceptable, which brings more cases against these criminals, bogging down the system further. Like a dog chasing his tail.

The reason for my 3 stars is, after I called I had to read the reviews, witch I normally do because out the gate it was poor service and this is a decent city job I thought.
I explained the reason for my call, that my count date had been rescheduled by the court due to the snow emergency but I had misplaced the letter, and if the young lady would be so kind as to confirm my date 3/21 and time or could she give me the info, there was a loud sound of blowing and then place on hold for maybe 5minutes then the young lady return and asked are you suing someone? I remained calm and respectful an I explained that I was not she rudely ask my name, I gave it and she confirmed my info and I asked the court room number She, belows and says it, I begin to pray for her and her future our city employees and omg I have one more question the case number an she turned it around and began to speak as she should with good training and customer care. So good job really.

After being given the runaround multiple times, I still haven't been helped. Everyone down there is rude and disrespectful. The clerks are rude. The judges are rude! They don't listen. They cut you off while you are talking and nothing ever gets done! These people should not be in the position to be paid if they aren't there to assist the people who are in need. Yet, these people still remain in these positions. No one does anything about it. Trying to get a court date after a substitution of judge seems almost impossible. There is no help for us! The judges are even worse!!! Just sad! And no one should wonder why Milwaukee is going straight down the toilet!

What a screwed up court system! Had an initial hearing 19 days ago. The Commissioner said it needed to be rescheduled. STILL waiting and cannot get ANYONE on the phone that has any answers. No response to voicemails or emails. What a joke!!

It is absolutely ridiculous trying to get a hold of someone that can actually help me. I guess unless you have a lawyer, you are on your own because the filing fees I paid certainly didn't guarantee me any answers or provide any information as to what my next steps need to be.

It's just aweful! The clerks have the funkiest attitudes ever!!!!!!!!! They take a lifetime to update info via ccap and NEVER answer the phone!!!!!!!!!!!! Just ridiculous!!!!!!!!!
