I worked with Adjust Pro Solutions to secure coverage for a new roof in September. Since I chose my own roofer instead of one of their preferred providers, they were supposed to take 10% of the insurance payout and release the rest to me. However, the check—made out to both Adjust Pro Solutions and my mortgage company—has been in their possession since October.

Despite making eight documented calls, I have yet to receive my portion of the funds. I was initially told it would take eight weeks (by late December), but it’s now February, and I’m still waiting. Attempts to escalate my concerns have been blocked, as the customer service rep refuses to provide contact information for anyone higher up.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Adjust Pro Solutions as a public adjuster.

Never recommend Adjust Pro for anything. They came to my home 4/11/24 and said they can get my entire roof replaced. They have received over $7000.00 in checks from my insurance made payable to myself and adjust pro and they were able to cash somehow. They sent me texts each month saying they are still working on the claim. I have called and left numerous messages and I have texted numerous times but no one will call back. When I signed with them they put zero for fees that I would pay. I have never received copies of the "contract" or the estimated claim. They take your money and no follow-up with customers. They put a tarp over the room that has no roof and it blew down 2 days later and is hanging on my satellite dish! What a joke they are. Reviews show similar complaints as mine. I currently have no insurance because of this mess and can't het insurance. This is no way to treat your customers. Guess it's time to contact the BBB and news stations.

I want to start by saying that my roof looks great, and the gentlemen that replaced it were hard working and professional.

The process to get to the roof replacement was a headache. I'm not sure what is going on with this company, but they have a huge issue with communication. First, I was completely ghosted when the insurance money finally came through. I tried texting, emailing, and calling. Nothing. I thought I got scammed and they kept the money. The only way I was able to get someone to contact me was by leaving a 1 star review.

After everything was finally set up and scheduled, a truck came to my house at 6 AM without ANY prior notice to drop off some roofing material a few days before the schedule date. They backed into my mailbox and dented/bent it. They didn't tell me and just left. I contacted them in a calm manner to make sure they were going to replace it, which they agreed they would. It has been over a month, and no one has done anything or even reached out to me about it. Roof looks great, but hopefully no one else has the same issues that I had. I'm a calm person with a lot of patience, but these guys took advantage of it.

If I could leave a lower review I would. Absolutely horrible experience and I would never recommend them. I should’ve seen the red flags. They quoted me one price early on, and then about 6 months later when I said I was finally able to move forward and ready to get started, they jacked up the price by over $2k which just so happened to eat up almost all of what insurance was providing to put towards the roof. The first rep who quoted me said they would price match if it was same brand shingles used, then second person who came out when I was ready said the first guy lied, he doesn’t work for the company anymore, and they won’t match. I had found a company who would do it for about $2k less. Adjustpro had my insurance money though so I felt stuck with going with them. The second rep also pushed very hard to get me to buy solar and when I repeatedly told him I wasn’t interested he finally gave up and then gave me an attitude the rest of our interaction. Moving ahead to actual roof replacement, it was an even worse experience. The roofers caused holes to be made inside on my ceiling which Adjustpro refused to fix. The roofers broke multiple sprinkler heads in my backyard, which again was not fixed or replaced. And to top it off, they left me without air conditioning all weekend when it was 90+ degrees outside because they lost a part for the AC when they shut it down while working on the roof. No compensation or reparations for that either. Complained about all of it to multiple people and they stopped responding, and one who said they would take the complaint back to see what could be done never followed back up. I’ve also attempted to email them to try to get a copy of my detailed invoice to provide to my insurance company, and they won’t respond to my email. Now, not even a year later, my ceiling has water damage after a recent storm and part of the ceiling is breaking apart and falling to the ground. How is that even possible if the roof was installed correctly This company has done absolutely nothing up to this point to show that they care about their customers and the service they receive. Very strongly considering reporting them to the BBB.

This is absolutely tge worst roofing company. They do not explain anytging to you. And when tgey do ots all a lie. And if you cancel an agreement with them, tgey want to charge you a 10% fee of the total cost of what the repair would have cost. They also want all the money up front before they start any repairs. Never will i fall for that again.

Nerd showed up to my house after the storms in July 2024 I was told to work with adjustpro for the claim process that my roof was severely damaged from the storm. I had not seen the damage myself. This was just going based off of the companies Description of how my roof was now understanding that this is a home built in 2021 months go by we file a claim with the insurance company adjustpro comes out and my insurance company and they go around the home. The claim is done closed the next day with the insurance company paying out a total of $1700 a check to adjust pro the claim is closed with my insurance. I have now filed a claim that was for shingles and some paint two shingles and some paint including labor I haven’t heard nothing she’s text me and said that someone advisor is going to be in contact with me but I take it as a total loss. This company sucks and is out to get people for their money filing insurance claims that are gonna make the homeowners insurance rate go up and then in the end, saying that you need a new roof and you genuinely don’t need a new roof this is the last message I received Hi Jessica,

***See BBB better business bureau complaints before hiring this company. Stay far away from this company signed contract since Oct -2023 they have 10k and have not done anything what are you waiting for ?! Have received nothing but runaround have been doing more than what I need to be doing as a customer meaning me calling them instead of them calling me. It’s like they’re asking one hand for permission for the other one to move. Don’t understand. They are just the middle people the roof is done by someone else. Eliminate the middle man.

I have called I have been waiting for a call back that has yet to come for the last 3 weeks. Also waiting on an email for the last 4-5 weeks that’s has been signed already but since so much time has past you don’t want to use it and want it signed again to “start”. Wasted my lunch on hold with them trying to “figure it out” 30 min promised to get an email by the end of day. End of day and nothing

Nothing has been done still waiting no money has been destined my roof has not been fixed have been calling text and no response. They have all the money from the insurance and deposit and nothing stay away from this company and Nerd Power.

Final update:
Had to reach out to the BBB and filed a complaint that is how I was finally able to get the owner to call me and actually do the job after almost 8mths and still did not fix what we needed. The rain still comes in the house. They paid a sub contractor 5k to do the job what happened to the other 5k. They tried to get more money out of us I just wanted the off my parents property.
