After moving with Next Stop Relocation movers, I had to file a claim for 3-4 missing items and 1 damaged TV. They denied the missing items because it wasn't on the inventory list. As for the TV, is it a 55inch with damage to the screen showing a white spot due to being bumped into something and they only gave me 16 dollars for it. On the paperwork they stated that since I signed before inspecting my items, this voids the claim. So am I just supposed to have the movers waiting all day so that I can unpack all my belongings to inspect items for damage Very cheap company. After using movers once, I will not be using anyone in the future and just move myself because some of these companies are cheap/scammy.

All of my household goods were stolen. My initial moving company was with usinterstateandrail. (Brokers). They gave the job to Tic Tac moving llc. After 6 months of fighting with TicTac, they sent me a notice of payout. Anthem was supposed to initiate payout. They never answered phone or text messages or responded back. Now it's been 12 months and still nothing. All 3 businesses are crooked, so, needless to say, all my belongings for the last 30 or more yrs are gone and none of it can be replaced. My heart is forever broken thanks to Anthem claims and there crooked ways of doing business.

Horrible experience working with this company. The moving company "Family Moving LLC" is really horrible to work with. they put so many add-ons to the already agreed upon price on the day of the move leaving the customers with no choice but to pay the price. they did the same again when delivering my items.
moreover they broke 2 items that arent cheap to replace and then a coffee table that was never even delivered.
Upon filing the claim Anthem denied it without even giving a legit reason.
Personal advice; do not work with them for your claim.

Absolutely disappointed with Anthem Claim Management. After experiencing thousands of dollars in damage caused by Expert logistics, their offer of only $24 for compensation is insulting. Their lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. Save yourself the headache and avoid working with companies that work with them at all costs.

I knew this would be a joke-they are in bed with the moving company we used "POSH MOVING & STORAGE". We had multiple items that were damaged-we were forwarded the claims information by the "moving company" and it took months to get a response back. I go to the mailbox today and my claims have been denied, despite pics and details. They said that they deemed the damages to total out to $24.00 and that I would need to sign their form and have it notarized. I spent 2 hours taking pictures and filling out the forms initially and now I need to have it notarized? I could have taken more pictures but I actually have a job and it wasn't feasible. Our mattress that we paid $1400 or so dollars for was mangled and now won't lay flat.
Oakdale Moving and Storage farmed us out to Posh Moving and Storage. It took them 2 months to get our belongings and then they left half of it in Las Vegas. Horrible experience all around

Beware - This is one POS company. They will screw you over at every chance they get, and because they have POS crooked Sunflower Moving and Storage as their client, they work together to screw consumers. One of my claims they went by weight and then chose what items they would use for weight, then made an excuse for the higher weighted items, like Washer & Dryer and Refrigerator. In order for you to receive your claimed funds, they force you to pay for a notary when you sign the form. I contacted my attorney, and this is now pending a lawsuit. This is one pos claims company.
My advice is don't use any company who has Anthem Claims Management as their claims adjuster. The POS Sunflower Moving & Storage will have their own review and also part of the pending lawsuit.

This company is to process claims when moving companies steal your property. Unfortunately this company also receives information when moving companies go out of business yet doesn't pad that to the client filling the claim. So instead of notifying me, they fraudulently processes a claim knowing that the victim, myself, will never be able to recoup the 22 boxes that the moving company Safeguard moving stole my property.
I will be contacting the Attorney General as well as other state officials including Dot who regulate this company.
This is the worst company to process claims. Don't believe anything that they say. They will still process your claim but you will have to reach out to the moving company in order to recoup what they call of fair dollar amount for items you can never be able to replace. And then when you contact the moving company you find out they're no longer in business which anthem knew before processed my claim.
So the settlement agreement that they wrote for me in February 2021, when the company went out of business in June of 2020 is invalid and null and void because they knew they went out of business. What a joke!

Had a super frustrating and very time consuming experience with this company. We moved April 2022 and just today got our promised damage claim money which is supposed to take up to 120 days to process! I called countless times with either no update or empty promises. Definitely do NOT recommend this company. A big headache.
