They initially tried to cover only 75% of what I was paying for in my policy. After a lot of back and forth and proof, they finally sent a check and it was still significantly less than the amount they “approved”. The communication with my adjuster (Tiffany) was so horrible, I didn’t even care to argue with them over the $700 discrepancy. Don’t waste your time with this janky company.

I rarely give negative reviews, but Network Adjusters is over here making me wish Google had a negative review rating system. All my life, I've never been so angry.

Avoid this company like the plague. Seriously. Don't. Unless you're in to pain & anguish, and revel in suppressing intrusive thoughts.

If there was an award for the worst company in America, Network Adjusters would win 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

They represent a contractor that is liable for over $100k worth of damages to my home and contents within. Although half of our home is unlivable, they are dragging their feet in providing comparable living accomodations - ALE (assisted living expenses).

This claim has been open for over 7 months now. Our home is in shambles. The adjuster assigned to my claim tells me he has 30 days to respond to any VM/Email/etc. They've sent the field adjuster out twice now, because something about monkeys and a football...

I've never been so angry in my life. Ever. 44 years.

I suppose I should cut them some slack, though. Afterall, I'm pretty sure they all wear their pants on their head. It's a requirement for employment. 'S' on the chest for Super-dumb.

I'd be ecstatic to share my experience with NA in detail and tell you why you shouldn't do business with them. Feel free to reach out.

Would give minus 10 stars if I could. It's so difficult to get a hold of them, they take months to resolve claims and want to charge back for exceeding limits on claims that they took forever to close out.

This is a company that you shouldn’t ever deal with. I’ve been calling from a SC number and the will not answer so I have to call using Denver Co. They are quick to answer it . I will be getting in touch with th BBB tomorrow

Absolutely the worst company ever took over 3 months to process my claim for a totaled vehicle when their customer hit my vehicle the adjusters did not return phone calls or emails and nobody ever answers the phone I've requested multiple times to speak to supervisors with no response I don't recommend anybody purchase insurance through this company and if you have a claim to file through them definitely get a lawyer

My car fell off of a tow truck on 12-14-2022 and here it is 2-1-2023 and I’m still getting the run around I’ve loss my job because they wouldn’t get me a rental car they are by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with please do not use this company or Charlotte tow both are in need of a overhaul
