I reached out to Applied Consultants due to some groundwater issues on our property. Our neighbor had complained to the city under the belief that there was a sewage problem originating from our property. Joshua personally came to our home and conducted a groundwater investigation. He concluded that the water was, in fact, not from a sewer line but instead from an underground source beyond our property.

Joshua was informative, efficient, and effective. I would highly recommend going through Applied Consultants!

Josh at Applied Consultants was incredibly thorough! He walked us through his findings, made it easy to understand (I so appreciate this as I am not a geology expert, rather someone who simply doesn’t want their house to fall apart) and addressed our concerns.
