This review is long overdue. Samantha Estrada has been my insurance agent for a few years now and she is incredibly helpful, diligent, and great at what she does! If there is an issue or concern with my coverage, she'll usually bring it to my attention before I'm even aware of it. Or if I have a question or need assistance with a matter, she is always quick to respond and find a resolution. I believe All Coast Insurance Agency only represents Mercury Insurance. Could I find less expensive coverage with another company? Maybe. But Samantha's expertise, reliability, and great customer service are all invaluable. I appreciate her immensely!

Samantha is amazing! I have worked with Samantha for several years and now having a business of my own, I knew right away, I would be calling her to help me with the insurance. She has gone above and beyond helping find rates, help with paperwork and even business items that she did not have to help me with, she was right there asking what she could do. I trust her with all my business insurances so much (and more), that I don't worry about anything when I send her a request. I know she will handle it and/or direct me to an answer. I’d recommend to my immediate family my coworkers and my personal friends, This Agencybis bar fat the best! I had a very unpleasant Experience leaving “the farm” where I had a 2 car policy and some what higher limits of coverage. I switched over because Samantha Saved me a lot of money and ensured my vehicles were covered for what I was worried about! She fought to get my refund back because “The Farm” apparently likes to “TAKE PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY” but they sure don’t like to give it back when they have too! My new agent Samantha took care of and handled that problem for me immediately and she followed up with me like she said she was. Best customer service experience I’ve ever had with any Insurance Agency by far! I’d recommend to anybody I care about!
