After meeting with my citizen adjuster and flood adjuster i thought I totally helpless…..I thought our home was completely destroyed from hurricane helene and my insurance companies told me there's nothing they can do…….until I met Vlad. This guy might literally be angel in disguise. He has gone above and beyond to help me and my family through this tragic time. He has walked me through this whole process and i cant thank him enough. After a flood in my kitchen I needed help. Taylor did a great job of keeping me informed and fighting with the insurance to get us a fair settlement. This was no easy task since our claim happen just before Hurricane Ian and Nicole so I know our claim hit the bottom of the pile at the insurance company. I had a electrical panel that caught on fire inside my home. My entire property was damaged due to smoke from the fire and water from the fire department. I called my insurance company first they didn’t even show up for over a week and when they did the amount of money they offered to pay me wouldn’t even cover my furniture damage…I had to hire a public adjuster I used Mike Carr he was great. Very professional and was able to settle my claim for a lot more than the insurance company offered me. I highly recommend their office and Mike Carr to be your adjuster if you have damage and don’t go through your insurance company alone. Using a professional is your best option to be paid every dollar you need.
