This insurance agency has not responded to me. They will not answer the phone for me to cancel my policy. My bill has fluctuated every month without any explanation (no I haven’t used it) and it NEVER comes out on the day I set it to come out. It changes every month. It could be 2 days before the date or literally a week later. I would never recommend them to anyone.

February 12, 2020 our house was hit by a tornado so we called Michael to submit a claim for our loss. A few minutes passed and Michael drove up to our house to check on my family. Throughout the claim process Michael continued to follow up and make sure we were making progress with our claim. Michael has not only saved us money but has also demonstrated how much he cared when we where displaced from our home for several months while it was being repaired.
