Horrible customer service when you tell them what deductible you want they’ll charge you for that deductible but then they will not uphold that deductible. They’ll change your paperwork when you hand them the correct information that you need they disregard it when you speak to them they tell you that they don’t know what’s going on. They’ll have to get back to you and then they never get back to you. They pocket your money and will not give you appropriate service and if you have a wreck, don’t expect for them to pay out unless it puts you in a bind and they can charge you over later. Absolutely do not recommend this particular office of State Farm. I’ve been a State Farm customer for 15 years with intermittent periods of absence and I have never received crappier service than I have from the office of Steve Pierce.

Well I just swapped over today. I work in Huntsville and was scared it was going to be a huge headache. I couldn't have been more wrong. Sam helped me and was great. She was able to get me better coverage than my existing coverage for cheaper with 0 deductible. While working, we were able to do a lot of it through text and everything I needed, I was able to DocuSign. Very great experience. I highly recommend.
