We have been going to Young's Tax & Financial for over 30 years. They are very professional and courteous to all their clients. Mr. Young will answer any questions you may have in a very timely manner when you call him. If you have to leave him a message, he gets back to you as quickly as possible. We can't imagine having to go to anyone else even though we have moved out of state.

I needed my taxes done quickly. I was told by an accountant it would take a couple days. If he was honest in how long it really was going to take I would have looked for another place that could accommodate my need for speed. I called 7 days after I was told it would take 2 days and the accountant said he would finish that night. Today it's been 5 days since I was told that it would be done tonight. I think I've been very patient. I decided to call today to see where they are at and I mentioned that they are taking long and I was told it would be fast. They got angry and asked me if I have a recording of that conversation. I don't record conversations. When I told them no they said they are not going to finish my taxes and just hung up. So now I have to find someone else to do them, but basically the last 12 days I've been waiting for them to do my taxes was for nothing. Now I have to start over. I get taxes take a while to do but if someone tells me a couple days to finish, and one week later tells me tonight, I actually expect that they will be done at those time.
