In April for National Financial Literacy month we brought in Beth to talk to our employees. Best suggestion and decision ever! She was the perfect person to come speak to our employees about their money mindset. Anxiety surrounding finances is top of mind for many of us focused on the employee experience. Personal finances can be confusing for those of us who didn't grow up learning about money. Beth was able to bring a very down to earth approach to the session and our colleagues clearly felt comfortable with her as we saw through the zoom chat. The action items she gave everyone were thoughtful and inclusive of wherever someone may be in their journey. She knows her stuff and does a phenomenal job of not speaking over everyone's heads by refraining from using jargon and/or complex terminology. Thank you again!
