Laura E. Petersen (COO) is incredible! She's a doer. I get phone numbers and straight cut solution options right away. I can't believe her patience through all our property issues. I was originally referred by Kyle Ngo, our Real Estate Agent (Los Feliz, Los Angeles Area) to Cathy. But since she was on vacation, I got the pleasure to talk to Laura.

I am so grateful for Laura's help and listening ear. She was able to give some affordable, fitting thoughts which were wonderful ideas. Both my boyfriend and I are sick of hearing that the legal $15-$50k civil lawsuit is our only option when we let people know that we don't have that option. Instead of feeling trapped, Laura has been our light at the end of the tunnel, any hope is better than solutions not fitting to us.

After talking to over 18 attorney's, over 20-50 calls around LA county for local/city/county/govt help for the past months, only Laura gave us the most reasonable thoughts. She cuts straight to the point, its as thought she knew my mind and made a visual or mind map of best thoughts.

RERM focuses on legal representation and legal advice for real estate property we just bought last year 2015. Issues regard possibly problems the previous seller knew about and chose not to disclose to us. Its been a year of horrible problems that has nothing to do with our agent, or our home inspector...nothing that could be foreseen by us at least as novice first time home buyers.
