Rich was recommended highly by a friend and it is easy to see why.
For someone like me who is not business savvy, I tend to be taken advantage easily. I felt confident having Rich in my corner, especially when he would be my advocate in an industry that is known to scam.
Rich ended up advising that although I had some roof damage, it wasn't enough to make it worth my while to file a claim.
He was quick to set up a day for an inspection, he arrived on time, and was very easy to talk to.

I have hired Rich and Dawn to help me understand the insurance system and how to file a claim. Dawn and Rich of Cushing Claims are the best!  All the water pipes in our house burst, and when we filed our claim with homeowners it was a disaster.   We had so much damage, and homeowners would only cover half. They would not give us a breakdown of the repairs the contractor they sent was proposing.  Moreover, they closed out our claim AND paid the contractor before any work was ever done or scheduled.   We were at the end of our rope when we found Cushing Claims.  Rich explained what the company had done, what the company should have done, and was able to get me a much higher payout that covered all the repairs.  I cannot say how impressed we were with Rich and Dawn.  They worked super hard for us and we are very grateful for all they did on our behalf.  Would recommend them 1000x over!!!

I called Cushing Claims before I even considered calling my insurance company for a major water leak repair. It was the best decision I made cause Rich’s integrity is impeccable. They were honest and gave me good guidance on what my best options were to decide on. My best option was to repair the leak and not make a claim. They could have easily persuaded me to make a claim but they guided me as a good friend would have. I would totally recommend them to anyone and suggest they should be your first call should you be looking at a costly repair. Rick and Dawn and honest and dependable.
